Udhiyah in Arabic translates to any animal of the ‘an’aam class (i.e., Cow, Sheep, Goat, or Camel). Udhiyah/Qurbani is the sacrifice of the animals mentioned, after the Eid prayer. It is among the great rituals of Islam and a tradition of his blessed messengers.

Eid ul-Ahda brings immense joy to our brothers and sisters around the world. They get a rare chance to feel “normal”, and have a meal for once a year with meat. This year, we need your continued support so that together, we put smiles on the faces of our extended family members in over 24 countries.

On the days of Eid ul-Ahda

Life will buy the animals and complete the Udhiyah on your behalf and divide the meat among the poor in accordance to Islamic traditions. Your Qurbani will be distributed in the country of your choice, where meat is a scarce food item or just too expensive.
