On January 21, 2020, Life for Relief and Development helped to fix up the sports stadium in the Dijla School for Boys in Erbil, Iraq. The renovations included painting the entire stadium, dying the football and basketball goals and equipping the players and coaches with balls and complete sportswear. Following the renovations, a football (soccer) match took place between the students.
On February 3, 2020, the Director of Education presented a letter of thanks and appreciation for the humanitarian efforts provided by Life.
